Lynne knows satellite regulations.  During a 10-year career at the FCC, Lynne spent significant time at the FCC’s International Bureau’s Satellite Division where she worked on satellite policy and licensing matters, including the allocation of licensed and unlicensed spectrum resources, transfers of FCC licenses and the review of GSO and NGSO satellite applications.  She now represents satellite companies before the FCC as they seek to bring new services to the market and navigate changing regulations in a rapidly evolving industry.
