Travis E. Litman, an associate of the firm, advises the firm’s clients on a variety of issues related to media and telecommunications policy and regulation. Mr. Litman has experience with pleadings and advocacy before the Federal Communications Commission and other Federal agencies, state and federal courts and state agencies.

During law school, Mr. Litman served as the Programs and Finance Director of the University of Colorado School of Law’s Silicon Flatirons Telecommunications Program and was an extern at Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. He was also the Managing Editor of the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law, and authored “Cognitive Radio: Moving towards a Workable Framework for Commercial Leasing of Public Safety Spectrum,” which appeared in the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law in 2005.
