Paige K. Fronabarger is a partner in the firm’s corporate and transactional practice with over 12 years of corporate and commercial contract experience. Her clients include domestic and international telecommunications and information technology companies ranging from start-ups to members of the Fortune 100. Her work in the communications arena has included commercial mobile radio services, satellite, radio, television, fiber and unlicensed spectrum. Ms. Fronabarger has significant corporate and regulatory counsel experience buying, selling and exchanging telecommunications and non-telecommunications properties, and routinely advises lenders and investors on the regulatory requirements associated with public debt, equity financing transactions and syndicated credit facilities.

Ms. Fronabarger’s transactional practice also encompasses a wide range of commercial transactions with suppliers of goods and services to the communications and technology industries. She has a history of success creating mutually beneficial relationships through the implementation of joint ventures, strategic alliances and branding relationships. In addition, Ms. Fronabarger is well versed in drafting management, operational, time brokerage, real estate and facilities lease agreements as well as network infrastructure sharing arrangements. As part of her corporate practice, she regularly assists clients with the formation, on-going operation, financing and winding down of all forms of U.S. business entities.
