Morgan Schick joined WBK’s DC office as an Associate after graduating from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Morgan advises clients on a wide array of communications topics, including wireless network security, broadband and net neutrality issues, and universal service programs. Morgan also assists clients with the regulatory approval processes for telecommunications transactions.
Prior to joining WBK, Morgan completed internships for the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau and NTIA’s Office of International Affairs. During her time at UNC Law, Morgan served as the Executive Editor for the North Carolina Banking Institute Journal and completed extensive research about Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Before law school, Morgan served as the Director of Marketing for a cybersecurity startup in her hometown of Oklahoma City.

- Working to assist our client, a person serving a life sentence at the Roxbury Correctional Institution in Hagerstown, Maryland, to prepare his written case to the Maryland Parole Commission. He has been in prison since 1975 (when he was 19).
