After starting his career in private practice at an Am Law 100 firm, Nick spent close to a decade at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), where he served as a Staff Attorney and Manager in the Wireline Competition Bureau, as Special Counsel in the Office of Strategic Planning and Policy and as a legal advisor to three members of the Commission.
