Women’s Initiative Goals: Advancing Together · The Initiative is dedicated to empowering all attorneys and staff to create a community that advances and succeeds together. All are welcome to participate.

Our goals include:

• Enhancing Leadership and Professional Growth: Hosting skill-building workshops and leadership training.
• Building a Collaborative Community: Foster networking opportunities and dialogue sessions that encourage the exchange of ideas and fostering of relationships between mentors and mentees, promoting mutual understanding and support across all levels.
• Codifying Proven Methods of Success: Updating and codifying firm policies to create transparency around hiring, retention, and promotion as well as solidifying support for those who are caregivers, parents, and serving their communities.

WBK Best · The WBK Best Committee is a group of attorneys and staff whose focus is to improve and enhance the overall experience at the Firm, whether it’s through planning group events, lunches, and happy hours; or listening to attorney and staff suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the Firm and overall workplace environment.
